How the booking form works
The form on this website formats the details you enter into a WhatsApp message. Your appointment details are not saved in a Refined Auto Lab website database. When you continue to WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Why we use your information
We use the details you send to assess the likely service, contact you, confirm the work required, provide a price, arrange a deposit and schedule or manage your appointment.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed to provide the requested service, when you authorize us to do so or when required by law. Booking conversations and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, disputes and legal obligations.
